We obtain and use information about our customers for the purpose of providing the best rates and coverages possible and to provide service to you. We acquire personal information from the following sources.

	We obtain information directly from you in conversation, applications or other forms you fill out.
	We obtain information from transactions with our Agency and Companies.
	We obtain information from consumer reporting agencies.
	We obtain information from other entities, such as health care providers or other insurance companies, in order to service your policy or carry out other insurance-related needs.

What Information We Disclose

We do sometimes, as permitted by law, disclose nonpublic information about you to third parties in order to better serve you. For example, to third parties to assist us in servicing your policy with us; to government entities in response to subpoenas; to banks to assist them in processing loans for you, loss payees, glass companies and entities that perform marketing services on our behalf. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any other third parties except as permitted by law. We want to assure you that we will not sell your personal information or our customer lists to any person or organization. If you become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies described in this notice.

Security Procedures

Only authorized employees of our Agency who require knowledge of your personal information will have access to such information. We will not share personal customer information outside the Agency for any purpose other than those stated above.
